A for-profit company has begun using artificial intelligence to generate cinematic renditions of Scripture, turning the Book of Revelation into something resembling a video game or fantasy epic. One of its most viewed videos features collapsing buildings, terrified crowds, an angel descending, and a seven-headed dragon, all stitched together by machines imitating human imagination. The project has drawn huge audiences online, especially among young men, with its creators claiming lives are being “transformed” by these dramatized visions.

Yet such productions risk reducing prophecy to entertainment, stripping away its sacred weight and replacing it with spectacle. God’s Word is not fantasy art or an action script; it is living truth, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). When Revelation is portrayed as little more than apocalyptic drama, it feeds a generation’s hunger for thrills but starves their souls of the true call to repentance and watchfulness. This blending of faith with artificial invention foreshadows a world increasingly content with shadows instead of light, preparing hearts to embrace counterfeit visions rather than the Word breathed by the Spirit.
