Keep Watch!
Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.

What once belonged to late-night radio and fringe speculation is now being discussed in the halls of global finance. A former senior analyst at the Bank of England is urging the central bank to prepare for a financial crisis sparked not by war or recession—but by an official confirmation of extraterrestrial life. Helen McCaw, who spent a decade assessing threats to economic stability, warned that such an announcement could send shockwaves through markets, trigger bank failures, and ignite civil unrest. Her concern reflects a growing recognition among elites that public trust in reality itself is a fragile thing.
The backdrop to this warning is striking. Senior U.S. officials and intelligence figures have publicly acknowledged repeated encounters with unknown objects operating near sensitive military and nuclear sites. Recently declassified British defense files reveal that even the UK military once explored the possibility of acquiring “extraterrestrial” technology. What was once mocked is now being treated as a serious destabilization risk—one capable of collapsing financial systems built on confidence, continuity, and predictability. When central banks begin contingency planning for “alien disclosure,” it signals how close institutions believe society is to psychological and systemic shock.
Scripture warns of a coming “strong delusion” that will deceive many (2 Thessalonians 2:11), alongside widespread fear and confusion among the nations (Luke 21:26). As governments and financial institutions quietly prepare narratives to explain the unexplainable, the stage is being set for a deception that could redirect humanity’s understanding of creation, God, and accountability. Whether framed as science, disclosure, or cosmic revelation, the conditioning of the world to accept non-biblical explanations for reality itself may play a role in the great deception preceding the return of Christ. This is not about aliens—it’s about who controls the story when the world demands answers.
