Well, I’m not surprised! A new study on the horse-hunting habits of supposed “ancient man” has revealed that, yet again, our supposed ancient ancestors were intelligent like us today! What a shocking study result—if you’re an evolutionist, that is!
Researchers looking at an ancient ambush site in north-central Europe, used by humans to communally hunt horses for meat, determined that this site “fuel[s] a growing conviction that a flair for planning and collaboration comparable to that of people today arose far earlier in our evolution than traditionally thought.”
The evidence at the site suggests these hunters had “great knowledge of their environments, used the immediate topography to their advantage and had a sophisticated understanding of animal behavior” that made them successful at hunting as a group armed with wooden spears. In other words, as the tagline of the article says, “Sophisticated social and mental capacities date back at least 300,000 years”—”250,000 years” before previously thought.
We keep finding evidence of “modern human behavior” in Homo species other than Homo sapiens, especially [neanderthals].
Archaeologists have traditionally held that an ability to plan and organize communal hunts, along with other aspects of so-called modern human behavior, emerged only about 50,000 years ago. Some researchers suspect still unspecified brain-related genetic changes at that time rapidly transformed thinking abilities in H. sapiens.
But that sudden mental and behavioral revolution relatively late in our species’s evolution may never have happened.
They are correct—that “mental and behavioral revolution” never did happen because humans were created intelligent from the beginning. We didn’t have to slowly stumble around, figuring out fire, speech, and advanced hunting techniques. Humans were created with human behaviors and intelligence right from the very beginning when God created Adam and Eve.
And there aren’t different human species with various capabilities—there’s only one species: human, descendants of Adam, made in God’s image. All are Homo sapiens.
It’s no shock that the evolutionary story is changing again. It’s nothing but a fairy tale, a made-up story to try to explain life and the universe without God. When we start with God’s Word, we can properly interpret the evidence, and it confirms God’s Word.
