While the RFI is not yet a contract, the capabilities outlined reveal a clear trajectory toward the kind of surveillance infrastructure Scripture warns will characterize the final global system (Revelation 13). Aerial AI that can track faces, detect firearms, read plates from the sky, and stream instantly into national databases is laying the groundwork for a world where movement, identity, and activity can be monitored continuously. As technology rapidly centralizes power into the hands of state and global authorities, Christians must watch closely. These developments reflect a growing prophetic pattern: government, AI, and mass data fusion converging into a surveillance web eerily similar to the coming Beast system.
