Now, Berlin is preparing to give its foreign intelligence service sweeping new legal authority to copy, store, and analyze that traffic on an unprecedented scale. Revelation 13 describes a future world where control is exercised through surveillance, enforcement, and the ability to monitor and restrict human activity. That kind of system requires omnipresent data, retroactive analysis, and centralized digital power. Germany’s move to legally capture and store a large share of the world’s internet traffic is another brick in that global control grid. The world is not merely becoming more connected—it is becoming more watchable. And Scripture warned that such a system would rise before the end.
