Hamas Horror Report Released

A new investigation into the October 7 Hamas-led massacre in Israel has concluded that sexual violence was not random or isolated, but systematic, coordinated, and deliberately used as a weapon of terror. The 300-page report, titled “Silenced No More,” was produced by the Civil Commission on October 7 Crimes by Hamas against Women and Children and documents horrifying acts including rape, gang rape, sexual torture, mutilation, postmortem sexual abuse, and assaults committed in front of family members. Based on more than 430 interviews and the review of over 10,000 photographs and video clips, investigators concluded that these acts were intentionally designed not only to brutalize victims but to psychologically terrorize Israeli society as a whole.

According to the report, Hamas and other terrorists systematically recorded and distributed footage of the atrocities through social media and direct messages to victims’ families in order to spread fear, humiliation, and trauma far beyond the immediate attacks themselves. Researchers determined that the violence constituted war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocidal acts under international law. Dr. Cochav Elkayam-Levy, who chaired the investigation, described the attacks as evidence of “deep hatred” intended to humiliate and terrorize an entire people. The commission emphasized that its mission is to preserve evidence, document testimonies, and ensure the crimes are neither denied nor forgotten as Israel moves toward prosecuting captured terrorists through a newly established tribunal specifically addressing sexual crimes committed during the massacre.
