Hit List Website Targets Israeli Scholars

Nov 24, 2025

Israel is facing a chilling new form of digital warfare after an anonymous website — calling itself The Punishment for Justice Movement — published the personal details of hundreds of Israeli and Western academics while offering cash bounties for attacks, arson, and murder. The site lists professors from Israel’s leading institutions, including the Technion, Hebrew University, the Weizmann Institute, and Ben-Gurion University, alongside scholars at Harvard, Oxford, and others abroad. Phone numbers, home addresses, emails, and even passport-style images have been posted openly. The operators advertise payouts ranging from $1,000 for intimidation to $50,000 for murder, doubling the sum for “special targets” like university presidents and high-profile scientists. Israeli officials warn the platform represents a “severe escalation,” with intelligence agencies investigating possible links to hostile foreign actors — including Iran — and advising faculty to heighten their personal security.

This latest development underscores the growing convergence of cyberwarfare, terrorism, and transnational antisemitism — a hallmark of the prophetic landscape Scripture warns will intensify in the last days. By placing bounties on Jewish academics worldwide, bad actors are exporting physical danger into the digital realm and exploiting anonymous networks to crowdsource violence. The list also includes researchers connected to sensitive defense and nuclear fields, revealing a broader strategic motive behind the threat. As universities scramble to protect their staff and Israel’s intelligence community mobilizes, this episode serves as yet another reminder: the spiritual and geopolitical war against Israel is shifting into new arenas, becoming borderless, decentralized, and increasingly brazen.
