Israel Issues Travel Warning for Canada

May 30, 2025

In a sobering shift, the Government of Israel has issued an official travel warning for Canada—long considered a beacon of Western stability and multicultural harmony. The National Security Council raised the threat level to Level 2: Potential Threat, citing a dramatic rise in violent antisemitic incidents and terrorist threats. On May 25, 2025, as anti-Israel demonstrations erupt in cities like Toronto and Waterloo, Jewish Canadians are being told not to engage, not to expect protection, and to hide any sign of their identity. The message is clear: in Justin Trudeau’s Canada, Jewish safety is no longer guaranteed—and the institutions meant to uphold it are failing.

This isn’t about protest—it’s about persecution. Firebombed synagogues, threats to Jewish schools, and brazen attacks on Jewish institutions have become common. In 2023 alone, B’nai Brith Canada recorded over 6,200 antisemitic incidents, a 124% increase from the previous year. Yet international human rights voices remain silent, exposing a glaring double standard: when Jews are targeted, the outrage evaporates. Canada, now dubbed a “Champion of Antisemitism” by Israel’s Ministry for Diaspora Affairs, should be ashamed. But the Jewish people will not cower. If the world remains silent, we will raise our voices louder. Never Again is more than a motto—it is a commitment.

Stay Awake. Keep Watch.
