During the event—organized by the Yesha Council and the U.S.-Israel Education Association—Johnson declared that Judea and Samaria are “the front lines of the State of Israel and must remain an integral part of it.” He reinforced this view with biblical support, stating that Scripture promises these mountains to the Jewish people, regardless of what the international community may claim in labeling it the “West Bank” or “occupied territory.”

The event, originally delayed due to the recent Israel-Iran conflict, was hailed as a milestone in U.S.-Israel relations. Ariel Mayor Yair Chetboun called the visit “a historic moment of shared values, deep friendship, and strong partnership.” Johnson was joined by several notable American figures including U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee, Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and other Republican leaders. Marc Zell of Republicans Overseas Israel emphasized that the visit signifies President Donald Trump’s continuing support for Israel and the rightful Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria as both historical and legal.
