The Mormon-operated Jerusalem Center and affiliated programs reportedly direct aid largely into Palestinian communities, with recipients and intermediaries that remain opaque. Major beneficiaries named in the investigation include Islamic Relief and Helping Hand for Relief and Development—organizations linked to Hamas leadership, Muslim Brotherhood networks, and violent jihadist movements.
