Bonnie Watson Coleman, the Guaranteed Income Pilot Program Act of 2025 would provide 10,000 recipients with no-strings-attached payments for three years—mirroring programs already tested in cities like Los Angeles and Chicago. Lawmakers say the goal is to shield citizens from economic instability caused by inflation, automation, and the growing influence of AI on the job market.

But from a prophetic perspective, many believers see the concept of a government-controlled income as a precursor to the coming “Beast economy” described in Revelation 13—an economic system where buying and selling are regulated by centralized authority.
