Nvidia has announced plans to invest roughly $1.5 billion in building Israel’s largest-ever server farm, reinforcing the country’s growing role as a global hub for artificial intelligence. The massive data center, slated for construction in the Mevo Carmel Science and Industry Park beginning in 2027, will house Nvidia’s advanced Blackwell processors and demand an estimated 64 megawatts of power.
