A disturbing attack in Israel’s Binyamin region has left at least three goats dead after poison was allegedly placed in water troughs used by a Jewish farm’s herd near Route Alon in Samaria. According to Israeli reports, suspected attackers from the nearby Palestinian village of al-Mughayyir entered the grazing area of David’s Fortress Farm and contaminated water intended for the animals. Shepherds discovered goats foaming at the mouth and convulsing after drinking, while residents from neighboring farms rushed to administer emergency veterinary treatment and antidotes. The situation then reportedly turned violent, as dozens of rioters from the nearby village hurled stones at the shepherds and rescuers attempting to save the poisoned animals. Israeli forces arrived, pushed the rioters back toward the village, and began searching the area for those responsible.
