Silicon Valley Exec Fuels Digital Jihad

Aug 6, 2025

Irish-born Silicon Valley executive Paul Biggar is drawing scrutiny for his role in fueling what some are calling a “digital jihad” against Western interests. Through his organization Tech for Palestine, Biggar is reportedly equipping pro-Hamas networks with high-tech tools for global protest coordination, antisemitic messaging campaigns, and AI-powered smear tactics targeting public figures who speak in support of Israel. One such figure, tech investor Shaun Maguire, has been the subject of a coordinated online assault after criticizing radical politicians and the Islamification of Western politics. Critics say Biggar’s involvement goes beyond activism and veers into enabling extremist propaganda in the digital age.

Biggar, a far-left activist originally from Ireland, has made a name for himself in Silicon Valley by aligning with anti-Israel initiatives. His platform, Tech for Palestine (T4P), is actively helping developers create and deploy apps that support the Free Palestine movement—many of which are reportedly used to mobilize protests and spread anti-Western rhetoric. His former spouse, Orla McHenry, also holds notable influence in the tech sphere as a former Stripe executive now at OpenAI, raising further concerns about how mainstream tech infrastructure may be quietly supporting radical ideological efforts. As tensions escalate, Biggar’s tech-driven activism highlights a growing digital front in the battle over global narratives.
