Tribunal Declares mRNA Shots as Bioweapons

Oct 20, 2025

In a landmark decision that has generated worldwide attention, the Alliance of Indigenous Nations International Tribunal—formally recognized by Canada on a Nation-to-Nation basis—has declared that mRNA nanoparticle injections, including COVID-19 vaccines, qualify as “biological and technological weapons of mass destruction.” The ruling, first reported by Dr. Joseph Sansone and Lisa Miron, cites multiple international laws such as the U.S. Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, Canada’s Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention Implementation Act, and the International Biological Weapons Convention. The Tribunal’s order asserts that the mRNA technology used in COVID-19 injections meets the legal criteria for biological weapons, emphasizing that the declaration is “intended to have immediate worldwide effect.”

This ruling marks the first time a recognized international judicial body has officially categorized the COVID-19 mRNA products as potential biological weapons, igniting fierce debate across legal, medical, and political circles. The Alliance of Indigenous Nations International Tribunal is composed of judges from every continent and was formally acknowledged in December 2024 by Canada’s Ministry of Crown–Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs (CIRNAC), which affirmed its sovereignty under Indigenous and international law. The decision’s implications reach far beyond public health, raising profound questions about global accountability, bioethics, and the future use of genetic and nanotechnological interventions in medicine.
