The plan calls for Israel to withdraw further from Gaza, the deployment of an International Stabilization Force (ISF), and the installation of a new governing body overseen by a “Board of Peace” chaired by Trump himself. This board will include leaders from both Arab and Western nations, with an executive structure featuring figures such as Tony Blair, Jared Kushner, and senior officials from partner states. A technocratic Palestinian government—explicitly free of Hamas and Fatah affiliations—would operate under this new authority.
