Trump Gives Saudi Arabia Major Ally Status

Nov 19, 2025

In another major geopolitical shift with prophetic implications, President Donald Trump has formally designated Saudi Arabia as a major non-NATO ally of the United States. The announcement came during a high-profile White House dinner honoring Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, where Trump revealed the move was intentionally kept secret until the evening. This designation places the kingdom among an exclusive group of nations granted enhanced military and strategic privileges with the U.S. — a development that not only strengthens Washington’s partnership with Riyadh, but also accelerates the realignment of power blocs in the Middle East at a time when regional alliances are in rapid transition.

The announcement follows a sweeping package of agreements finalized earlier in the day, including plans for future F-35 fighter jet deliveries to Saudi Arabia — a controversial step that has already heightened concern in Israel. For years, Israel has held the region’s only fleet of F-35s, a strategic edge considered essential to its national security. Trump’s confirmation that the Saudi jets will be “pretty similar” to Israel’s raises serious questions about the long-term balance of power. As the Arab world, Israel, and global superpowers continue shifting into new alignments, the geopolitical puzzle described by biblical prophecy becomes increasingly visible. What we are watching is not random diplomacy — these are the early tremors of the alliances that will shape the final prophetic landscape.
