The Bible speaks of a coming time when war will engulf the earth, ultimately leading to the tribulation period. While wars and rumors of wars are not new, the scale of modern conflict, combined with nuclear capabilities, makes today’s threats more dire than ever. The battle over Ukraine is more than just a political struggle. It is part of the larger global chess game that is setting the stage for prophetic fulfillment. As world leaders gamble with war, the need for discernment has never been greater.
Believers must recognize these signs and prepare their hearts. Our hope is not in earthly leaders or political outcomes but in Christ’s return. The world's conflicts will only increase, but those who belong to Jesus can stand firm, knowing that He has already overcome the world (John 16:33).
